City noise can be distracting during the night, which might bother light sleepers.

In-room safe and phone not functional!!! Stairs to the 7th floor are external and unnerving for those afraid of heights!!! Outdated decor including threadbare curtains and a slow-draining sink need urgent attention!!!

I had a delightful stay at Best Western Plus Plaza Florida & Tower. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with local attractions and my needs. The cleanliness of my King Room was impeccable, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily.

i was almost ready to give this hotel a good review, but woah, the toilet in my first room clogged constantly. after moving, the elevator was out of service, meaning i had to climb external stairs with my terrified child. and how hard is it to provide a room upgrade for such inconveniences? absolutely ridiculous!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Irapuato with three dogs. The staff was incredibly kind, and the hotel was well-kept. Plus, we found a great local eatery nearby that really hit the spot!

In my wife’s opinion, a children’s play area would be great.
